Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Each item will be securely packaged to prevent damage and I do my best to get your purchase to you in the most cost effective and reliable way possible.
I keep buyers up to date throughout the entire purchasing process.

 

 

How is your order shipped?

• All items are mailed from Canada.
• Through Canada Post unless otherwise requested.
• May take up to 10 business days within Canada and 3 – 4 weeks to arrive in the USA
• Actual delivery time depends on your location and shipping method you choose.
• You will receive an email with a tracking number the day your order is shipped.
• Shipping time is estimated, Oceanside Fiber Studio cannot guarantee delivery times and is not responsible for delays due to customs.
• Expedited shipping is available at buyer’s expense. Please let me know ASAP if urgent, send me an email with request so I can share with you the prices for upgraded shipping.

Customs and Import Taxes
Take Note……Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

 

Misdirected Mail
You must ensure that the shipping address is correct.

• Please take a moment and check your address on record with PayPal as this is the address provided to me. For example: Is the parcel going to an apartment / condo? Make sure that number is listed. If you have address corrections after your order is placed, please send me a message.

 

 

Gift Wrapping and Packaging

Did I mention that I LOVE wrapping each order?  I also enclose a signed & personalized card with every Artwork.   It’s a nice way for me to say Thank You for your support.  Message me with any necessary instructions.
